We use state-of-the-art recruitment software. We are currently using customized HRMS software and are in touch with the latest IT technology and software. We also give considerable weightage to the development of our internal support functions namely Human Resources, Training and Development, MIS, Financial Control and Strategic planning to keep ahead of competition.


As far as the Screening Process of the candidates, we do the professional analysis and the technical evaluation of the candidate as per the requirement of the clients before sending the candidate’s profile to the client.


The shortlisting candidate process are:


1. Understand the client requirement
2. Shortlist the candidate profile
3. Interview the candidate
4. Get confirmation from the interested candidates
5. Submit to Client
6. Schedule the Interview of the shortlisted candidate with client
7. Negotiate with Candidate on Salary & Joining date (if required)
8. Do the reference check on behalf of Company (if required)
9. Confirmation of joining to client
