Our credibility with clients and candidates has enabled us to build a rich data bank of various Industry professional talents, covering all functional as well as general management areas. Every potential candidate is thoroughly assessed by our Resource Executive before being accepted in our data bank. We are therefore eminently placed to quickly shortlist candidates as per our clients requirements. This effectively reduces the lead-time involved in our selection process.


EXECUTIVE SEARCH

In case of specialized requirements, which are industry specific or at senior levels where the number of potential candidates is small we undertake  ‘executive search’. Through research and our network of contacts we identify candidates likely to fit the required profile and establish contacts with them discreetly. This is done by telephone or mail and where possible in person. Resumes of suitable candidates are then forwarded to the client prior to arranging meeting between them.
